Founder Statement
Fulcrum Intent founded in 2023 and backed by over nineteen years of practical professional experience in the healthcare industry. I am so thankful and blessed that during this time I was given the opportunity to work with over thirty healthcare specialties. I learned the essential guiding principles necessary for growth and modernization through strategic alignment with workforce members and leadership to position an organization for success.
One who is passionate about serving a meaningful purpose, with a focus on equity, diversity and inclusion. Therefore, I started this business to offer consulting services to facilitate quality, cost effective healthcare to the community, by streamlining processes that allow healthcare professionals to spend more face-to-face time with the patient, build positive compassionate care relationships and allow patients the opportunity to participate in their health care goals and planning.
